1. The offer. Families enrolling a child at West Ryde Long Day Care Centre will receive 25% off the Centre’s standard daily fee for that child’s first 4 weeks of care, subject to these terms.
2. Promotion period. This offer is available for new enrolments completed on or before 31 December 2026.
3. Eligibility. This offer is available for each child newly enrolled at West Ryde Long Day Care Centre, including a new child from a family already enrolled at the Centre. A child who has previously held an active enrolment at the Centre is not eligible. The offer is subject to availability of places and the Centre’s usual enrolment process.
4. Enrolment requirements. To qualify, the family must complete all required enrolment documentation, including any required Complying Written Arrangement (the standard CCS enrolment form), and provide all requested information before the child’s commencement date.
5. Start date. The child must commence care by 28 February 2027 to be eligible for the offer, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Centre.
6. First 4 weeks. The “first 4 weeks” means the 4 consecutive calendar weeks beginning on the child’s commencement date, whether or not the child attends every booked session in that period.
7. How the discount is applied. The 25% discount applies to the Centre’s standard daily fee for the child’s permanent booked days during the first 4 weeks of care. The discount is applied to the session fee before Child Care Subsidy is calculated and reported, where applicable.
8. Child Care Subsidy. Child Care Subsidy eligibility, percentage, hours and payment amounts are determined by Services Australia. Families remain responsible for any gap fee, out-of-pocket amount or account balance payable after any applicable CCS and promotional discount have been applied.
9. Permanent booked days only. The offer applies to permanent booked days only. It does not apply to casual days, additional days, make-up days, late fees, administration fees, deposit or bond payments, special event charges, or any other non-standard charges unless confirmed by the Centre in writing.
10. Absences and public holidays. If a child is charged for an absence or public holiday during the first 4 weeks of care, the promotional discount will apply to the eligible standard daily fee for that booked day.
11. Changes to enrolment days. If the family changes the child’s booked days during the promotional period, the discount will only apply to the eligible permanent booked days approved by the Centre during the first 4 weeks of care.
12. Withdrawal or cancellation. If the enrolment is cancelled or postponed, or the child does not commence care, the offer is forfeited. If care ends during the first 4 weeks, the discount applies only to sessions charged up to the final day of care. The Centre’s usual notice period, fee payment and cancellation terms continue to apply.
13. One offer per child. The offer may only be used once per child. A family enrolling more than one eligible child receives the offer for each newly enrolled child. It cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, refunded as cash, or applied retrospectively to past fees.
14. Not valid with other offers. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion or special offer unless agreed by the Centre in writing.
15. Fee reduction only. The promotional discount is applied as a reduction to the session fees charged (and reported for Child Care Subsidy purposes) or, where a fee reduction cannot be processed, as an equivalent account credit applied consistently with clause 7. No cash payment will be made to families.
16. Centre discretion. West Ryde Long Day Care Centre may amend, extend, suspend or withdraw this offer at any time, provided this does not affect eligible families who have already been approved for the offer in writing.
17. Final decision and your rights. Eligibility for the offer is determined by West Ryde Long Day Care Centre and, to the extent permitted by law, the Centre’s decision is final. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
